About Me
Hi, I’m Gabriella “Gabby” O’Donnell.
Welcome! My name is Gabby, and I’m so glad you’re here. I graduated in 2022 with my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University and began practicing therapy. Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings in the mental health field, including a psychiatric hospital, community mental health center, and private practice. These experiences have provided me with a broad understanding of mental health challenges and the tools to support clients from all walks of life.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing on evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I also take a holistic approach, considering the role of factors like sleep, nutrition, exercise, and overall lifestyle in your mental health and well-being. Together, we’ll work on building skills, exploring patterns, and addressing challenges to help you achieve meaningful and lasting change.
I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life transitions, stress, and more. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward the goals that matter most to you. I believe therapy should be a partnership, where your strengths and insights are at the heart of our collaboration.
Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I became a mom in 2025, and much of my free time these days revolves around my little one, along with our dog, Jane, who has fully embraced her new role as big sister. Whether it's a walk in the park, a cozy night in, or discovering new hobbies, these moments of connection and joy are an important part of my life.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s work together to create a path toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
